BIM Modeller - Secteur Energie

Our client, a leader in engineering and complex project management, is seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team. This role involves active participation in large-scale projects, including site visits, preparation and execution of reports, as well as the development and updating of BIM models in accordance with project requirements. The position also requires managing interferences and delivering collision reports, as well as extracting data from BIM models to generate necessary BOP SSC lists and Bills of Materials/Quantities.

• Develop optimal layout solutions and update BIM models (CAD and functional data) according to project requirements.
• Manage interferences and produce collision reports.
• Extract data from BIM models to generate necessary lists (BOP SSC and materials/quantities).
• Develop various drawings based on BIM models, including site layout plans, equipment layout drawings, cable routing plans, piping layouts, piping isometrics, PFDs/P&IDs, and other diagrams and schemes.
• Support the design team with various deliverables, participate in project meetings, and interact with the project team to collect, update, and present all layout inputs and outputs.
• Verify and comment on detailed design drawings and BIM/3D models issued by contractors.
• Follow up on construction and installation activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with budget and schedule, and identify deviations from commitments.
• Report to the Project Manager, Drafting Office Team Leader, and N443 Group Manager.
